Based on ServiceNow customer and conference attendee feedback, we are offering a pre-conference training agenda based on our most highly demanded courses. This is a chance for attendees to pick up Admin training that they have been meaning to organize – or to take the plunge into the new technical training coursework being delivered for the first time at this Knowledge13.

This will be a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with some of the world's most experienced ServiceNow developers during a twelve-hour event that will illustrate the power of the ServiceNow platform and how easily applications meaningful to the business can be developed.
