Where do I register for the conference?
- If you are a speaker, you should have already received a speaker registration code. If you are speaking and have not have not received your speaker registration code, please contact your track owner immediately.
- Once you have your code, you can register for the conference here.
When do I need to submit my presentation to ServiceNow?
- All speakers must submit their presentations for review to their track owners by April 8, 2013 at 9:00 AM PT.
- Final presentations should be sent to the speaker's track owner and are due April 29th at 9:00 AM PT.
How long do I have to speak?
All breakouts are 50 minutes in duration. Labs are 2 hours.
When does the conference start?
Knowledge13 pre-conference training begins Sunday, May 12th at 8 AM. Knowledge13 begins at 8 AM on Tuesday, May 14th.
Where do I check in?
Please check in at the registration desk on Level 2 in the Aria Hotel and Resort the first morning of the conference.

Who is my track owner?

What is the AV setup in the breakout and lab rooms?
It will vary from room to room, but in every room there will be a minimum of one projector (resolution: 1920x1080) and one screen (aspect ratio: 16:9). Your presentation will come pre-loaded on a computer.
Can I have video or audio components in my presentation?
Yes, there will be audio/video capabilities available for presenters.
Will I have Internet access?
Yes, there will be a hard wire connection at each presenter podium. Additionally, wireless Internet will be provided throughout the event.
What kind of microphones will be available?
You will be set up with a wireless lapel microphone.
How early do I have to arrive before my session?
We recommend you plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session so that you can set up your microphone and presentation.
What should I wear?
In general, attire for the event is business casual. Please don't feel the need to wear a suit.
What kind of computer will I be given for my presentation?
ServiceNow will provide Mac laptops with room presentations already pre-loaded for speakers at K13.
When can I rehearse?
Your track owner will contact you regarding a session review and rehearsal. Your track owner will set up approximately an hour to review and rehearse your presentation via WebEx or phone.
How many people can my room fit?
Breakout room capacity varies from 150-300 seats.
Lab room capacity varies from 180-420 seats.
Is the room I will be presenting in theater- or classroom-style?
All breakouts will be presented in a theater-style room.
All labs will be set up as classroom-style.
Do I have to use the Knowledge PowerPoint template provided by ServiceNow?
Yes, we'd like to keep our conference looking professional and consistent.
Can I use my own computer?
Please contact your track owner to arrange this prior to arriving at Knowledge13.
Can I use a presentation tool other than PowerPoint?
Possibly. Work with your track owner so that we can understand your needs.
Will my session be recorded?
No.
I already paid for my registration and haven't received my speaker refund. Who do I contact about getting my refund?
Speakers who believe they should have gotten a refund can call or email to inquire about their refund.

How do I secure a group rate for hotel reservations at the Aria?
ServiceNow has reserved special rates at the Aria Hotel and Resort and the Vdara Hotel and Spa. The links are available in your registration confirmation email for the Knowledge13 conference. You can also click the links below to reserve your hotel room now.
My breakout session is scheduled during the CreateNow Hackathon. Can I still participate in the Hackathon?
Yes. You are free to come and go from the Hackathon as you please. You are not required to be present for its entire duration. Since you can't register for sessions that overlap, only register for the Hackathon (you don't need to register for your own breakout session).
Do I need to register for my own breakout session?
No, only session attendees need to register.
Do I need to create a lab guide for my breakout session?
No. Lab guides are only required for lab presenters.
