What is the registration fee?

Standard registration fee: $1,595

Onsite Registration fee: $1,795

Exhibit Hall only registration: $500 (allows access to General Session)

Group Discounts (per company):

10% discount for 2-5 registrations
15% discount for 6+ attendees (US rate)
15% discount for 4+ attendees (International rate)
Non-profit, education, & government included in above discounts.

NOTE: Group discounts must be purchased together. We are unable to process retroactive group discounting.

What is included in my registration fee?

Registration fee includes admission to all general and breakout sessions, labs (first come, first serve), micro-labs, conference portal, all presentation and training material, conference meals and the Exposition Hall.

What is NOT included in my registration fee?

Hotel accommodations, airfare and ground transportation to and from the airport are NOT included in your registration fee Pre-Conference workshops are each an additional $595 per course

Can I just attend the Pre-Conference workshops?

No. In order to attend the Pre-Conference workshops you must be fully registered for Knowledge13.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes. Upon submission of your online registration, you will receive an automated email confirmation.

How do I make changes to my registration?

Once you have registered, updates and changes can be made from the link in your email confirmation. The link will prompt you for your password and allow you to edit your registration.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?

MasterCard, VISA and American Express are accepted. The registration system will prompt you for your credit card details. You will receive an email confirmation receipt once you submit your registration. Is my registration transferable?

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company for no fee. Please submit all name changes to knowledge@servicenow.com.

What if I have to cancel?

All cancellations received on or before Friday, April 5, 2013 will incur a $150 processing fee. All cancellations received on or after Saturday, April 6, 2013 will incur the full registration fee. Cancellations must be received in writing. Please send your cancellation to knowledge@servicenow.com.

What is the closest airport?

McCarran International Airport (code: LAS) is the major airport in Las Vegas. Taxis and shuttles are available to the hotel for approximately $20.

When should I arrive and depart?

Attending Pre-Conference? Arrive Saturday, May 11, 2013 - Pre-Conference workshops begin Sunday May 12

Only attending main conference? Arrive Monday, May 13, 2013 - Opening Reception is Monday evening at 6:30 PM and Opening General Session is Tuesday AM, May 14

Recommended departure Thursday, May 16 after 3PM or Friday, May 17

What is the attire?

Business casual is appropriate for all conference events unless otherwise specified.

When will the final agenda be available?

The snapshot agenda is currently posted online. The conference agenda will be updated real time as sessions are approved.

I am interested in exhibiting or becoming a sponsor of the event. What do I do?

I am a sponsor and interested in a speaking slot. Is this allowed?

If your sponsorship package includes a speaking slot, then you are also eligible for speaking at a breakout session. Please note, speaking slots are not guaranteed and all content is subject to approval from ServiceNow.

I would like to become a breakout or keynote speaker at the conference. How do I do that?

We are thrilled that you want to share your expertise with our attendees. We have a simple process you can follow on the Call-for-Speakers page. If you are accepted as one of our speakers you will receive a complimentary conference pass.

I have an Innovation I would like to present for the Innovation of the Year awards. How do I do that?

Innovation is a cornerstone of what Knowledge is about. We are looking forward to see how you have used the ServiceNow platform in new and creative ways. The Innovation of the Year award is ready for submission. Please complete the simple form on the website to be considered for our 2013 award.

I signed up for the CreateNow Hackathon, but I am interested in attending another session scheduled at the same time. Do I need to stay at the Hackathon for its entire duration?

No. You are free to come and go as you please.
