Volkswagen Group is rolling out an international service catalog solution to more than 40 countries comprised of over 620.000 employees. In this session, the Program Manager and Process Owner of Request Fulfillment provides insight into the complexity of Request Fulfillment for 12 brands (VW, VW commercial trucks, Scania, MAN, Seat, Skoda, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Bentley, Audi, Porsche and Ducati) using ServiceNow.
