As a result, the organization has completed the foundational piece of the puzzle on a journey towards automation of compliance health dashboards, which drive its technology refresh efforts across the enterprise. Product owners, for the first time, are able to view all of their application-level Configuration Items (CIs) and instantly see all related CIs. Thanks to ServiceNow's unified ITSM platform, Cardinal Health has extended visibility throughout the process landscape and leveraged this information for data-driven decision making at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
