Intel IT is constantly seeking ways to improve services. At the same time it is also looking to reduce operational costs and invest in new capabilities to help grow the business. In 2010, Intel started an extensive program to adopt an IT service management model to dramatically improve operational results. By completing its transition to a service-based model, Intel IT has made major strides in driving down costs while improving internal customer service. Intel IT has also kept its focus on driving efficiencies in its data centers by addressing areas of improvement that deliver the greatest gains in quality, velocity, efficiency, and capacity. In this session, Director of IT Ravi Nannapaneni will outline his team's unique approach and key lessons learned from driving a large-scale IT transformation.
