In this session, you'll hear about a fully-featured HR case management solution built on the backbone of a financial institution's ServiceNow Service Automation Platform. Innovise, working with their client, jointly developed a scalable platform to support the company's aspirations to move as much as possible onto the ServiceNow platform (e.g. transferring nearly 20 existing workflow solutions to ServiceNow). Innovise has developed the technology to maximize re-use and reduce development overhead. In this session, you will learn more about the technicalities of this solution and the business case behind it. This HR case management solution is now live in two regions, and will be rolled out to a third in the new year. It is the biggest of its kind worldwide.
