When it comes to building applications in ServiceNow, we like to talk about how easy it is, and we jump right into building tables and adding rows. Sure, this works great if you've already PLANNED what you are building and given it some thought, but there is more that goes into building an effective application than creating tables and workflows.

This lab takes a step back to look at the design process for building out a successful application, leveraging what is included in the platform, and then use the new Application Creator to build a functioning application that incorporates multiple related tables, notifications, and workflow. You will leave the session with an application building experience that leverages the platform to more rapidly deploy applications.

Prerequisites: ServiceNow administration is helpful
