Some of the highlights of Perrigo's experiences during 2012 were the launch of a new CMS-based self service portal, driving a mass upgrade to Windows 7 using ServiceNow as the heart of the upgrade process and designing a full-featured capacity and availability management solution with ServiceNow at the core.
