This interactive lab is a step by step guide to implementing the ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Application. You will leave with an understanding of the database structure and where things go. You will use import sets to load and configure a data load of software data and then configure a system to use this data and calculate software counters.

Prerequisites: ServiceNow administration and a good working knowledge of SAM.
