Ancestry.com began using the SDLC module a few months back and found a need to bring all of its tasks together into a single pane of glass. Each team sometimes maintains between 20-50 active tickets in their queue, and using the list view to manage these tasks can get quite unwieldy. Eric LeMonnier will share how he built a Kanban UI Page that integrates with the other SDLC tools included in ServiceNow, as well as incorporates incidents, catalog requests, change requests, and other ticket types. By using SCRUM methodologies, Ancestry.com can prioritize the work to be completed into Sprints.
