Coca-Cola is one of the world's oldest, best-known, and most popular brands in the world. The company sells some 3,500 products in more than 200 countries. ServiceNow has helped Coca-Cola to manage IT services since 2010, with support from Fruition Partners. Coca-Cola has also implemented a custom application on the ServiceNow platform that manages support requests from distributors and other third parties, and has reduced third-party support call volumes by 80 percent. More recently, Coca-Cola has implemented ServiceNow to manage non-IT security & crisis cases globally. This session will present details of Coca-Cola's successful history with ServiceNow and Fruition Partners, detail Coca-Cola's plans for global security and crisis case management, and offer recommendations based on lessons learned.
