Nataxis operates a CMDB with more than 500,000 configuration items (CIs) and associated relationships. Nataxis use ServiceNow Change Management to calculate risk, identify impacted services, and detect collisions. For every change, impacted services are calculated automatically, risk is calculated as an outcome of the assessment questionnaire, and conflicts are detected automatically. In addition, relevant approvers are identified depending on the services impacted by the change and the maintenance schedule. Using ServiceNow, Natixis was able to significantly reduce the time taken to assess and approve changes allowing the central change management team to focus on others activities. Overall, the deployment lead to a more qualitative and faster change management process for the organization. Natixis is the corporate, investment and financial services arm of Groupe BPCE, the 2nd-largest banking group in France.
