In this lab, you will gain hands on experience building catalog items, record producers and content items. You will learn how to jazz up your catalog with icons, images and color. You will take back the hands on foundational experience of how to transform the way services are requested from IT; saving your company time and money. To continue developing your Service Catalog skills, make sure to attend the follow up classes for Service Catalog 201 and 301. Prerequisites: ServiceNow administration
