Since implementing automated code deployments from ServiceNow in early 2012, World Wide Technology (WWT) has enabled its IT Operations team to perform over 3000 automated deployments, saving time and headaches for all. The organization uses its automated deployment process to deploy Oracle code changes, webMethods packages, and even Salesforce code. In addition, WWT will also share its code review process and how all this functionality has been built out through integrations with ServiceNow. This session will highlight the benefits of, and technical details needed for, successfully integrating this process into ServiceNow, and why it just makes sense from a change/release management perspective.
