Ameriprise went live with the ServiceNow platform in November 2012. The project was a critical component of a much broader technology infrastructure improvement initiative directly impacting more than 3,000 employees and partners. In addition to implementing the ServiceNow platform (IM, CM, KM, SRM & CMDB) they also rolled out new enterprise processes and incorporated a vital workstream specific to organizational change (process adoption/operational transition) to ensure success.
