Integration 203: Providing Basic Web Service Interfaces
John Andersen, ServiceNow
Room : Juniper 1
Subject : Integration
Lab : Sys Admin

In this lab, you will learn the standard SOAP interfaces offered by the ServiceNow system. You will bring data into ServiceNow through both direct web services on a table as well as through the powerful Web Service import set SOAP interface. You will come away with an understanding on when to use Direct Web Services vs. Web Service Import Sets and also explore some of the other, out-of-box web services that are offered through your ServiceNow instance.

Pre-requisites: Basic understanding of XML; JavaScript; SOAP web services; Transform Maps & Import Sets; Lab: Consuming SOAP and liking it.
