Panel: Culture Eats Process for Lunch … Social Knowledge, Collaboration & Gamification
Eveline Oehrlich,
Room : Starvine 3,4 and 5
Subject : Social IT
Breakout : New to ServiceNow

Traditional processes and tools are quite capable when used to manage faceless technology resources and the business of IT. But these same processes and tools fail to capture the essence of people and culture for IT success. Fortunately, modern ITSM technologies, combined with forward-thinking ITSM professionals, are adding capabilities to allow IT organizations to personalize what is typically a very impersonal IT experience. This panel discussion will address the growing realization that principles like social IT, advanced knowledge management, team collaboration and gamification will put some culture on the lunch table, and change the face of IT for good.

The panelists (listed alphabetically by last name):
Paul Hardy, Head of Service Management - Informa
Adam Mason, Manager of Client Services - Loyola Marymount University
Chris York, Owner - York Services
