Breakout : New to ServiceNow
What is real value? The Emory University ITSM team focuses on making value visible-- to the customer, to the business, and even back to IT, using ServiceNow as the backbone. Mark Kawasaki works fully mobile, a "digital vagabond" around campus, observing and interacting with customers and business units. Farah Remtulla has a keen interest in organizational change management, working to bring IT and the business together in a way that "sticks". Mark and Farah will share four Value objectives: Creating Value - How to design services for optimal Value Delivering Value - How to ensure that Value is realized Socializing Value - How to make your Value message go viral Sustaining Value - How to create a culture centered on Value Join Mark Kawasaki and Farah Remtulla in this session exploring the connections between technology, business value, and social value as illustrated through their experiences working to improve the human condition at Emory, in Atlanta, and the world.
