What you will learn
In this two-day class, we will show how ServiceNow can benefit any organization implementing the ITIL framework. The course will leverage practical scenarios and examine how various ServiceNow applications such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management can be implemented alongside its respective ITIL process definitions. Hands-on labs will be provided to give students a chance to see ITIL in action within ServiceNow.
