Information security strategy and operations may seem like a black art, but that doesn't mean they should be conducted in secret. This session will address the underlying value proposition, successful implementation and integration, and effective visibility and reporting for security management disciplines with the ServiceNow platform. Tinfoil hats are optional.

In this session, you will learn how to coordinate & integrate incident response with traditional service desk operations. You'll understand how you can manage & maintain assurance using policies, control objectives, observations/assessments, and remediations within an ITGRC application. You'll understand how to derive value from the CMDB and Change Management applications to address challenges with vulnerability & patch management, and finally, you'll hear how to ensure security of sensitive information captured in ServiceNow.
