Work Management is a new application in Calgary that allows you to dispatch work in the field based on the location and skill of the group and individual technician. KPN will discuss how they address their challenges with work management. You will learn how to set up work management as well as learn how to qualify work orders and issue them from Incident records. We will also review how parts and equipment can be sourced in the work task and how work tasks are dispatched directly using the Visual Dispatch function. Finally we will walk through how the technicians accept work and use mobile devices to update the work task.
