In 2012, Rentokil Initial embarked on an ambitious program to transform its IT Service Organization. Historically, IT groups had developed independently around the world, leading to a high level of fragmentation in governance, process, and levels of service. Instead of the "traditional" approach of developing common processes first, Rentokil decided to adopt the ServiceNow out-of-the-box processes as a baseline, and used the "IPCC QuickStart" methodology to configure & deploy Incident, Problem and Change Management globally within 5 months.
