ServiceNow is being implemented throughout CoBank, and in this session Sheila Thielman will present CoBank's current phase of ServiceNow implementation in the leasing division. The organization developed an application for recording interactions between associates in many departments, as well as with customers. In many ways, ServiceNow has changed the way that CoBank functions. In this session, you will hear how CoBank has been able to replace manual processes with workflows; keep all information for a given situation in one place; and track time worked by staff. Previously, some issues required 3 tasks performed by different people, followed by attaching documents to emails and contacting the customer and sales associate. Using ServiceNow, CoBank is now able to meet its 2-hour required turnaround for these issues - and they even have reports as proof.
