At transportation services and logistics provider C.H. Robinson, a "service" is defined as "a means of delivering value by facilitating business-beneficial outcomes." But Global IT Service Management Program Manager Stacey Fournier-Thibodaux and her team found that across the company there were serious gaps and inconsistencies in how services were being defined and delivered to individuals and business lines. In this session, Stacey will share her experiences as she and her team forged the relationships necessary to define, deliver, and manage shared business services consistently, and then deployed ServiceNow to translate those new ideas into operational realities.
