Christopher Jones,
Room : Starvine 6 and 7
Subject : Architecture
Breakout : Sys Admin
As one of the first customers of ServiceNow, the University of Oklahoma has been managing IT services with ServiceNow since 2005, frequently working with their partners at Cloud Sherpas for support, development and innovation. Recent success in developing a purpose-built, shared-services private cloud required a new plan for managing centralized IT services while continuing high-value relationships at the local campus.
In this session, you'll learn how by using Cloud Sherpas pre-defined ServiceNow update sets, OU has been able to quickly and effectively transition key services to a shared model that avoids conflicts in ownership while promoting mature and proven process and facilitating consolidation.
