Where do I register for the conference?- If you are confirmed as a speaker, you will receive a speaker confirmation letter with information about how to register.

When do I need to submit my presentation to ServiceNow?- All speakers must submit their K14 draft presentations for review to their session owner by February 19, 2014 at 9:00 AM PT.
- Final presentations should be sent to the speaker's track owner and are due March 26, 2014 at 9:00 AM PT.
Please Note: Because presentations will be loaded prior to your session start, we strongly discourage last minute changes.How long do I have to speak?- All breakouts are 50 minutes in duration. Labs are 2 hours.
When does the conference start?- Knowledge14 pre-conference training begins Sunday, April 27th at 8 AM. Knowledge14 main conference begins at 8 AM on Tuesday, April 29th.
What is the schedule for K14?- The detailed agenda will be published in early 2014.
Who is my track owner?Please Note: If you need to contact your track owner, they are all based in the Pacific Time zone.What is the AV setup in the breakout and lab rooms?- It will vary from room to room, but in every room there will be a minimum of one projector (resolution: 1920x1080) and one screen (aspect ratio: 16:9). Your presentation will come pre-loaded on a Mac computer.
Can I have video or audio components in my presentation?- Yes, there will be audio/video capabilities available for presenters.
Will I have Internet access?- Yes, there will be a hard wired connection at each presenter podium. Additionally, wireless Internet will be provided throughout the event.
What kind of microphones will be available?- You will be set up with a wireless lapel microphone.
How early do I have to arrive before my session?- Plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session so that you can set up your microphone and presentation.
What should I wear?- Attire for the event is business casual. Please don't feel the need to wear a suit.
What kind of computer will I be given for my presentation?- ServiceNow will provide Mac laptops with room presentations already pre-loaded for speakers at K14.
When can I rehearse?- Your session owner will contact you regarding a session review and rehearsal. Please plan on setting aside approximately an hour to review and rehearse your presentation via WebEx.
- ServiceNow will provide rehearsal/preparation room facilities at the Moscone Center.
How many people can my room fit?- Breakout room capacity will be approximately 250 seats.
Is the room I will be presenting in theater- or classroom-style?- All breakouts will be presented in a theater-style room..
Do I have to use the Knowledge PowerPoint template provided by ServiceNow?- Yes - please use the template we've provided to keep the sessions consistent. However, if it is essential that you use another tool/template to create your presentation, please contact your track owner.
Can I use my own computer?- Please contact your track owner to arrange this prior to arriving at Knowledge14.
Can I use a presentation tool other than PowerPoint?- For consistency, we would ask that you use PowerPoint. However, if it is essential that you use another tool/template to create your presentation, please contact your track owner.
Will my session be recorded?Can I have a co-presenter?- If you would like to nominate a co-presenter, please inform your track owner. Please note that co-presenters will not receive a speaker pass, and will need a paid registration to attend.
