What is the registration fee?

Pre-Conference Courses (must be purchased with a full conference pass)

Early bird registration fee for EACH preconference course: $595 (ends February 1, 2014)
Standard pricing fee for EACH preconference course: $795 (purchased on or after February 2, 2014)

Early bird registration fee: $1,195 ($400 savings) – Ends February 1, 2014
Standard registration fee: $1,595 – On or after February 2, 2014
On-site registration fee: $1,795 – After April 25, 2014

Government and Education Discount
Qualifying organizations may receive a $300 discount off of standard full conference registration fees only. See qualifications below:

Government: To qualify for government discounts you must be a verifiable employee of a federal, state or local government entity.
Education: To qualify for educational discounts you must prove matriculation/employment at a recognized institution.

All attendees registering with this discount will be required to show their employer-issued government ID or proof of education status/employment upon checking in. Failure to produce proof of your organization's status will result in a charge of the full on-site registration fee of $1,795. Additional discounts do not apply.

One day Pass
Same price regardless of purchase date: $700. One-day pass includes access to one day of sessions and labs on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (April 29, 30, or May 1) plus access to the general session; the Exhibit Hall; and any morning, afternoon, or evening functions (if applicable) for the selected day. No discounts apply.

I'd like to send more than one person from my company. Is there a group discount?

Yes. Group discounts listed below only apply to standard registration rates ($1,595). Group discounts do not apply to early bird pricing. All registrants must be from the same organization and must be purchased at the same time. Additional discounts do not apply. What is included in my registration fee?

Full conference pass registration fee includes admission to the following: all general and breakout sessions, labs (first come, first serve), micro-labs, agenda builder, all presentation and training material, conference meals, access to the Exposition Hall and evening events.

Exhibit Hall Pass registration fee includes admission to the following: Exposition Hall, opening reception and happy hour events at Exposition Hall.

What is NOT included in my registration fee?

Hotel accommodations, airfare and ground transportation to and from the airport are not included in your registration fee
Pre-Conference courses

Each pre-conference course cost $595.00 for early bird pricing (ends February 1, 2014) and $795.00 each for standard pricing (purchased on or after February 2, 2014)

Are guest permitted to attend?

Attendees may register one guest who must be 21 years of age or older. Registered guests are permitted to attend the Knowledge14 opening reception, happy hour events and final night party. Guest passes are $300.00 and do not include keynotes, labs, breakouts, meals and other activities that are reserved for attendees with full conference passes.

Can I attend only the Pre-Conference courses?

No. In order to attend the Pre-Conference courses you must purchase a full conference pass and be registered for Knowledge14.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes. Upon submission of your online registration, you will receive an automated email confirmation.

How do I make changes to my registration?

Once you have registered, updates and changes can be made from the link in your email confirmation. The link will prompt you for your password and allow you to edit your registration.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?

MasterCard, VISA and American Express are accepted. The registration system will prompt you for your credit card details. You will receive an email confirmation receipt once you submit your registration. Please contact the Knowledge team if your company needs to be invoiced at knowledge@servicenow.com.

Is my registration transferable?

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company for no fee. Substitution requests must be received via email from the original attendee requesting cancellation of his/her registration and include the name of the person who will be taking his/her place, as well as their email address. All transfer requests must be submitted no later than April 25, 2014. Please contact Registration Support at knowledge@servicenow.com.

What if I have to cancel?

All cancellations received on or before Friday, March 14, 2014 will incur a $150 processing fee. All cancellations received on or after Saturday, March 15, 2014 will incur the full registration fee. Cancellations must be received in writing. Please send your cancellation request to knowledge@servicenow.com.

Can I be denied registration for any reason?

ServiceNow reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at ServiceNow's sole discretion, including past or present failure to meet ServiceNow's standards of conduct (including, but not limited to, engaging in violence, illegal, threatening or discriminatory conduct).

Where do I pick up my badge?

Please pick up your badge at the registration desk at South or West hall during open registration hours. For security purposes, please be prepared to show ID.

What if I lose my badge?

You will need to go to registration and have your badge reprinted. You will be required to show ID and there will be a $100.00 badge replacement fee.

Are there conference hotels with negotiated rates?

Yes, when you register for Knowledge14 you will be provided a list of available hotels to select from. Please book early to secure your sleeping room. A list of hotels may be found on the website starting December 10, 2013.

What is the closest airport?

San Francisco International Airport (code: SFO) is the major airport in San Francisco. Taxis and shuttles are available to the hotel for approximately $30. Both Oakland (code: OAK) and San Jose (code: SJC) have airports within a reasonable distance of San Francisco. Attendees are responsible for transportation costs to and from airport.

Attending Pre-Conference courses? Arrive Saturday, April 26, 2014 -Pre-Conference courses begin Sunday April 27 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time.
Only attending main conference? Arrive Monday, April 28 -Opening Reception is Monday evening at 6:00 PM and Opening General Session is Tuesday, April 29 at 8:00 AM.
Recommended departure Thursday, May 1, after 3:00 PM or Friday, May 2

What is the attire?

Business casual is appropriate for all conference events unless otherwise specified.

When will the final agenda be available?

The agenda at a glance is currently posted online. The conference agenda will be updated real time as sessions are approved. Please check our website periodically for updates.

I am a sponsor and interested in a speaking slot. Is this allowed?

If your sponsorship package includes a speaking slot, then you are also eligible for speaking at a breakout session. Please note, speaking slots are not guaranteed and all content is subject to approval from ServiceNow.

I would like to become a breakout or keynote speaker at the conference. How do I do that?

I have an Innovation I would like to submit for the Innovation of the Year awards. How do I do that?

Innovation is a cornerstone of what Knowledge is about. We look forward to seeing how you have used the ServiceNow platform in new and creative ways. We will be taking submissions for the 2014 Innovation of the Year award through an online application process in early January 2014. Please check back on the Knowledge14 website in early January.
